The Legacy Project
Presented by: Joy of Motion Dance Center

Conceptualized by UpRooted Dance's Artistic Director, Keira Hart-Mendoza, "The Legacy Project - Our Lives of Consumption and Waste" is a research-based dance experience with a striking art installation component. Dancers don Marie Antoinette-inspired upcycled costumes, create scenic elements from trash and recyclables, and perform both to traditional instrumental music and to live percussion on aluminum and trash cans.
